SAN FRANCISCO – California cities and counties are grappling with how far they can go to restrict where sex offenders can live amid a shifting legal landscape.

Come on Runner, bring it on and be loud. The states constituents want to hear your lies.
the new regulations should be made public to parolees so our PO’s cant try and say “oh, yea, you’re still high risk”. I doubt i am, but somehow just having to take her word for it isn’t good enough for me
I find it amazing that Runner is still looked upon with any kind of credibility; especially after all the misconceptions and myth, not to mention all the outright false statements, as well as the facts and truth about all this garbage is being exposed through the press.
Is there any way to sue the Runners for fraud?
I tried to comment several times at the bottom of the online article. Yet they were erased or never posted.
Anyone else have this problem?
I am probably going to start using the Euro key for such words.
Ironically, any incarceration of “e,” even in foreign typography (such as sèx, séx, sêx, or sëx) cannot get by most censors, but s€x works. Even the asterisk is being censored.
To type “s€x” using the euro key, type “s”, then press the “Alt” key while typing “0128” from the keypad (Alt+0128), then “x” to complete the word. You can also add it to your dictionary.
